The asset is a 91% share of a field with three incomplete houses in Moni. It is located 420m from the main road to Pyrgos and 1,2km from Limassol – Paphos highway.
The field has a total area of 13,044sqm. Within the field, there are seven residences in total (four of them are completed and sold) and an electrical substation of EAC. The share (91%) corresponds to the rest of the parcel which according to a distribution agreement sums up to 11,894sqm.
It comprises mostly vacant land, two incomplete two storey residences on the northeast part (on a corner plot of 335sqm and a regular plot of 303sqm) and one incomplete two-storey residence on the south-eastern part of the parcel (on a corner plot of 1,130sgm.
The two residences on the northeast part are identical they have an enclosed area of 132sqm and 22sqm covered verandas each. They were designed to consist a kitchen with a dining area and a living room on the ground floor and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. Externally they also have a swimming pool. The two residences are at a 90% completion stage.
This residence according to the architectural plans would have 424sqm of covered areas. The ground floor was designed to comprise an open plan kitchen/living room area, a WC and a bedroom with an en suite WC. The first floor would consist of four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two with walk-in closets. Externally it would have four covered parking spaces, an elevated residence with a kitchen/living area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a swimming pool and a BBQ kiosk with WC.
