Beautiful 5 bedrooms Villa with a private swimming pool in Protaras

An exclusive modern and spacious villa located in a quiet location in Protaras. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs, a very well equipped modern kitchen and a large living space with a pool table!
When you enter the villa you will see the modern open space living room with comfortable sofas, the LCD tv mounted on the wall and a fireplace which is just amazing during the cooler months. There is cable tv with many English, Russian, German and French Channels.
On the side is the kitchen with the cooker in the middle, a large fridge, cupboards and sink. You can enter the garden from the kitchen and also from the living area. There is also an entrance to the garage from the kitchen.
On the ground floor next to the stairs there is the guest W.C. Past the living room there is a bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs there is a fridge and laundry space with a clothes dryer and washing machine. On the left side of the corridor there are 2 bedrooms one with ensuite bathrooms and between them there is a large family bathroom with a bath and a toilet. On the right side of the corridor there are another two bedrooms. The first one is designed for children. The second one has a glass door that connects to the terrace with amazing sea views. The corridor leads to a terrace with patio furniture and those fantastic sea views; perfect for relaxing in the evening with a nice bottle of wine and candle light. There is electricity and sockets where you can take the TV outside to also watch a movie.
The garden is large with plenty of running space for children and a large pergola and furniture for 10 people.
On side of the house next to the pergola there is a large swimming pool for cooling down on those hot days Cyprus enjoys. The swimming pool can be heated . (extra charges apply)
