3 Bedroom Villa in Pegeia, Paphos

Located in a beautiful natural setting in the central area of Pegeia of Paphos district, the project consists of 37 two-story, 3-bedroom villas.

The emphasis of the project was to use the plot as best as possible to create villas with maximum views while being able to maintain both spacious living areas and generous outdoor areas. To respond to the challenge, 37 unique villas were designed in this development, each with a private pool. The exterior of the the development showcases a refined material palette with a mixture of textures such as stone, wood, and glass, blending with their green surroundings and achieving a natural look and feel. As dominant in the entire project, the view is of priority and each villa has been designed to make the best of the geographical advantages of the area: the private pool, the balconies, and terraces, all increase the contact with nature while enjoying the calming views of the bay and the city.

When entering each villa, spacious living spaces on the ground floor incorporate a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a modern living room. In Type B villas, there is also a bedroom with a double bed on the same level. The upper floor includes two or three bedrooms (Type B and Type A villas accordingly), two bathrooms, and large terraces with an open view.

Perfectly positioned, the development offer easy access to important everyday amenities, such as a medical centre, pharmacy, bakery and supermarket, and bus service, all within a walking distance. Furthermore, the project is the ideal choice for family-oriented clients, as it is near a private school, the horse ranch, football academies, and Paphos Zoo, which offer unique entertaining activities for all members of the family. Its prime location also offers unique leisure activities, including gyms, restaurants, and bars, the soon-to-be constructed Paphos Marina, the sandy “blue-flag” beach of Coral Bay, and the luxurious Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort.
